Ringo Starr is a longtime proponent of Transcendental Meditation, dating all the way back to the Beatles' time studying with Maharishi Mahesh Yogi in India in 1968. In 2009, he reunited with Paul McCartney at a New York City event benefiting the David Lynch Foundation.
