Vuosaari  Kävin Ruoholahdella rautakaupassa tossa alkuillasta ja voi hitto kun oli hienoa ettei tarvinnut jäädä lähellekään. Ei sitä aina tajua ennenkuin menettää, että miten hienoa on kun käy lenkillä ja kummallakin puolella tietä on kunnon musta metsä Sitä herkkua on täällä, vähän samaan malliin kuin Joensuussa aikoinaan  |

Myrkyt vaihtoon (toivottavasti parempaan suuntaan) ja jos sais nukuttua paremmin tänä yönä, meni vähän yöhommiksi ensin. Pitäis tehdä enemmän yötöitä muutenkin kun ajatus tuntuu kulkevan paremmin kuin päivällä. Taas toisaalta on sellainen fiilis, että tyhmä paljon työtä tekee ja viisas pääsee vähemmällä  |

Ihanat pitkähköt tai paremminkin normaalipituiset yöunet  On pakko oikeasti alkaa nukkumaan riittävästi kun ei kunto kestä liian lyhyitä yöunia (5-6h per yö). Onneksi lähdin lenkille eilisiltana ja keksin mennä Mustavuoreen siinä samalla = asiat kunnossa kun on tiedossa kilometritolkulla metsälenkkiä josta osa ei ole edes valaistu keinovaloilla |
